Is there an API call that will allow us to change the account status of an individual account from Closed to Open? Or to delete the Closed accounts entirely from the Q2 datgabase? In our Core we often reuse purged account numbers, epecially for CDs since there is a 64 account limit per membership. The purged account numbers are re-used in our core but the previous account still exists (with history) in the Q2 data base.The issue is that the member cannot see the new account in OLB even thorugh it is present in the Core. So we have to go into self service forms, manually re-open the accoun t and purge the history. Would prefer to automate the purge process on the Q2 database side so members will automatically see thier new accounts.
