Rich Push Notification vs. Standard Push Notification

We currently use the Standard Push Notification route and are evaluating the Rich Push Notifications endpoint.

The documentation says images, custom sounds, and deep links require MSDK module integration. Do third-party vendors have access to this integration? From what I've seen in Tecton, the MSDK is only meant for financial institutiton partners. Given that, is there a supported way for a third-party vendor to deep-link directly into their route/app?

Standard Push notification option appears to support a basic text notification, but the request does not include fields for deep links.

Note: There is a prior forum establsihing that Standard Push do not have this capability. https://community.q2developer.com/question/1384206373306241024/push-notification-deep-linking
