Configuring an Extension to only display an Overpanel

I'm developing a new SDK extension that is meant to be simply an overpanel containing buttons that link to other OLB extensions/forms. I've looked over all of the SDK and Tecton documentation regarding setting up and configuring overpanels, but I can't seem to configure my extension such that I can render only the overpanel. As in, when the extension is clicked in navigation, the browser doesn't navigate to a different page for the extension, instead just bringing up the configured overpanel module. I've tried quite a bit of trial and error of different configurations, tricks with JavaScript and my extension.py file in attempts to circumvent navigating to a default extension page, but I can't seem to get it to work how I intend. How best can I achieve this? Attached is my config file for the extension. 📎 MoneyTransferLinks.py
