Collecting analytics on extensions?

I'm curious how other FIs or customers are collecting analytics on their extensions? Is Google Tag Manager the de-facto standard? We're mostly just looking for basic usage stats, e.g.: visit count, form submission count, etc.

I think I've heard Q2 Discover can do this, but I'm not familiar with Discover at all, so if this is your solution, please enlighten me.

Thanks!

We don't have a lot of details on Q2 Discover (we being the SDK devs), but it does look like this is what this does. You could probably get more information from your Q2 CEM.

I do believe that some FIs have used Google Tag Manager via UUX payload to also do this tracking.

Hey Brock,

I've used Discover to track number of visitors, page views, and average time of page for our custom extensions. I would be happy to discuss, feel free to reach out.

Thanks
Bradley

Bradley, We've also added our extensions by creating custom pages. Have you used Discover to track custom feature clicks (found on the Features tab)? If so how.

John, per Q2 support, we're not able to create custom features. If you hear anything different, please let me know. Thanks.
