The solution is to update the stored procedures by typing "q2 setup_db". That should install all of the stored procedures for you.
Hi there, Q2 noob here. I'm going through the Hello World example. When I run the command q2 install I get this error:
...
File "/Users/terren/git/q2_pinwheelapi/.env/lib/python3.11/site-packages/q2_sdk/hq/http.py", line 421, in call_hq
raise MissingStoredProcError(
q2_sdk.hq.exceptions.MissingStoredProcError: Stored Procedure sdk_GetGroups not installed in the database
I also tried running q2 get_installed and similarly, I got this:
File "/Users/terren/git/q2_pinwheelapi/.env/lib/python3.11/site-packages/q2_sdk/hq/http.py", line 421, in call_hq
raise MissingStoredProcError(
q2_sdk.hq.exceptions.MissingStoredProcError: Stored Procedure sdk_GetInstalledForms not installed in the database
Finally I thought maybe I just need to run q2 generate_hq_api but this time the issue was:
Downloading WSDL from https://stack.q2developer.com/sdk/pinwheelapi/hq/Q2API.asmx?WSDL
...
lxml.etree.XMLSyntaxError: Document is empty, line 1, column 1
I checked that URL by hand and it is indeed empty. Pretty sure I followed the setup guide pretty closely... but is there something obvious I missed? Or is there something the matter with my stack?
Thanks,
Terren
