We're having some errors in our shared dev environment.

1. Error on Sandbox Online Banking
   Trying to access (https://stack.q2developer.com/sdk/mhvfcu/ardent/uux.aspx#/login) there is an error, HTTP 404 (not found)
2. Trying to run 'q2 upgrade -p sdk'

It seems HQ is having unknown errors. The initial extensions were removed and also attempted commands invalidate_hq_cache, bounce_stack but without success.
Could you please advise?
