What is the difference between a User Logon that is locked versus disabled?

When looking at the various statuses that a User Logon can be in, two of them are "locked" and "disabled". The documentation does not go into specifics on what each of these statuses represent, and there is no criteria for how an online banking member can lock their login credentials versus disable their login credentials. What are the differences between these two statuses? How does an online banking member trigger each?

Hello,

We should add some explanation for this, but locked is a state that gets applied after a number of failed login attempts. Resetting the password will unlock the user. Putting a user in a disabled state is a state an admin can put on a login. Resetting the password will not reenable that login.
