No extensions of any type named 'HelloExtension'

I am using Q2 SDK Shared development. I have an extension and I have been working on it and it is in the gitlab. All of a sudden I the program stoped dispalying the UI and when I execute command 'q2 run', I can't go to my page and when I execute command to update extension, I am getting message "No extensions of any type named HelloExtension". Anyone has any idea what might cause this?

Hello,

Based on the information that has been provided my guess is the extension was uninstalled from the Q2_WedgeAddress table. You can reinstall this with q2 install

Thank you,
