Hello,
A few things with this one. One, based on the logs, you are trying to hit a sandbox environment. You need to use dev.q2api.com To see what each url is for see https://docs.q2api.com/docs/q2-caliper-api/ZG9jOjU1MTc2OTk5-q2-caliper-api
Two, you are using the environments button group. There is a bug with dev environments, I just put up a PR to fix it. So next release(probably next week will fix that issue). For now, you can you the environment scope instead see the guide here: https://docs.q2api.com/docs/q2-caliper-api/lr6tu7gnwdveq-how-to-call-v2

@<1293619705470259200|Trey Teter> Hey Trey I've been playing around trying to hit dev and staging. This question is just focused on me trying to call staging env, am I missing something in my scope and that is why I'm getting that error? I only have the environmnt scope of Environment:Dev:DEV_Q2DB_sdk_finitloyalty but I assumed that is to call the dev env and not staging so I left it out.
Also what do you mean by environments button group?
— Draden Gaffney 3 years agoYes, you do not have a staging environment set in your scope. Without an environment set, then you will not be able to call Caliper API. If your environment isn't a Staging Environment when you call stage then you will get the error shown.
When you select an environment on https://q2developer.com/settings/applications click on your token, and then there is an input button group labeled environments. When you select an environment there. It will prepopulate information in the JWT. So that is what I mean by environments button group.

— Draden Gaffney 3 years agoTo get access to a staging environment create a case on q2developer.com and request a scope.
