New user submit profile fails on unallowed area code

I have created a new user and user login through through the add user logon module and when I get to the submit profile page upon logging in I cant progress because of an "unallowed area code" I know these area codes exists so I am confused at how to advance from here. See attachment for error message q2_error.png

Cameron, Not 100% certain what is happening here. We will need to get this over to our HQ team to research. In the meantime, I went ahead and set the profile as updated for this user so you should be able to log in as this user. Please attempt to do so and let us know how it goes.

I will update this if we figure out the root cause.

Greg, I have found that if I create a user without any phone numbers I am able to get past this window because there were not previously added to the user. I hope that helps with your investigation
