Should user ID be kept private?

Is the user ID (self.online_user.user_id) private?

Wondering if it's ok for us to pass it to our front end for use in determining treatments for a/b testing.

Hi David,

It's fine to use the UserID anywhere, especially on the frontend, as the fronend already has the UserID via the /logonUser endpoint.
