Using Cognito for SAML assertion

We currently use AWS Cognito and want to implement IdP SSO from Q2. In order to create an identity provider in Cognito, it requires a file or link to a metadata xml file. Can you offer any tips on how we can proceed?

Hi Chris,

It looks like you'll have to generate that document yourself. Here's a tool that could help:

We have been able to use that tool to successfully generate the required XML file. We're considering creating our own endpoint in Q2 that can serve this up automatically. If this works out, we can post the results here. Thanks Mark.
