Adding permissions to a user

I got permission denied when trying to transfer money between two accounts, so I'm thinking that the user doesn't have the
necessary permissions to transfer money. Is it possible to change the permissions of a user?

This is the code I ran

        q2_transfer = await AddFundsTransfer.execute(
            AddFundsTransfer.ParamsObj(
                logger=self.logger,
                hq_credentials=self.hq_credentials,
                source_account_id=5006,
                target_account_id=5009,
                interest=0.0,
                principal=11.0,
                process_date=datetime.now().strftime("%Y-%m-%d"),
                transaction_amount=11.0,
                optional_description="test money transfer",
                transfer_type=0,
            )
        )

This is the error I got

HydraError:-976/NoRightsToPerformTransaction Message:You do not have the appropriate rights to perform this transaction.

It is possible to update permissions for users and groups in Q2 Central. You can connect to your development environment in Central using the instructions here:

https://docs.q2developer.com/docs/support/central_quick_reference.html#central-quick-reference

Feel free to open a Support ticket for further assistance with this particular issue.

Is it possible to update permissions without using Q2 Central? We don't use any Windows computers, and as far as I can see Q2 Central is accessed through a Windows-only tool.
