DBPlan "async def uninstall()" not called

Just an FYI that async def uninstall() is not called during an uninstall of the extension with version 2.112.0. async def install() works just fine.

This is intended behaviour, if you want to uninstall the DBPlan, run q2 run_db_plan -r. we don't do this by default because two extensions could use the same targets or depend on the same database objects. We don't want uninstalling one extension to break another extension.
