- Yes whitelisting can be a domain level names
for example:
OUTBOUND_WHITELIST = [
'abc.com', 'bcd.com'
]
- yes it is based on Domain Name and For access in an environment hosted in the Q2 datacenter.

Thanks for your response. But, i am looking at can Q2 configure at only at domain level instead of including the sub-domain name. let me explain a bit more details what i was referring to the main domain name. Say domain name abc.com has 3 sites a.abc.com, b.abc.com, c.abc.com then in this we should include all FQN or just .abc.com. In addition to this, the whitelisting done at Network layer 7 or 5.

outbound calls only allowed in shared dev. but Q2 will block in a datacenter for prod/stg env. need to contact q2 support(q2@developer.com) to whitelist the outbound listed URLs.q2 accepts domain level and sublevel
