External MFA Tutorial
Hello all,
I worked through the External MFA tutotial in the SDK docs. However, when I go to test my extension, it's defaulting to Q2's MFA with SMS and Email Secure Access Codes targets instead of routing to my custom MFA extension and workflow. Not sure what I'm missing or what steps to take next.
Steps I've taken to troubleshoot:
1. Ensured that my MFA exentsion is installed and is running when logging into the dev sandbox.
2. Enabled MFA for user retail0
3. Checked the Database to ensure that MFA profile was setup correctly and assisnged to group 1. This is what I found in the DB and it looks correct:
Q2_MFAProvider Table:
| MFAProviderID | ShortName | RegistrationRequired | WedgeAddressID | TokenLifetimeInMinutes |
| --------------- | -------------- | -----------------------|------------------ | ------------------------- |
| 4 | AvadianTOTP | 0 | 62 | 5
Q2_MFAGroupProfile Table:
| MFAGroupProfileID | Description | AuthProviderID | TranAuthProviderID | EDVPatrolProviderID
| -------------------- | --------------------------- | ---------------- | --------------------- | --------------------- |
| 3 | Avadian MFA Group Profile | 4 | 4 | 4 |
