Some questions about extension development
Staging(master) branch build failed
Dear Q2 team:
Hi~ teams!
I am an extension developer from talkdesk. I have 2 problems now and need your help
1. In order do the member lookup and get member's information (such as account information) from the banking core, we will need to identity the member based on a unique data. How can we get access to data to identity the customer? What kind of data do you have on your end to identity a member?
2. After I merge the code into the `master` branch, the KCI always fails. The KCI of gitlab configuration is as follows
```
include:
- project: 'Q2Antilles/q2-sdk'
ref: master
file: '/sdk/deploy/gitlab-ci/.gitlab-shared-ci.yml'
```
log details: https://code.q2developer.com/Q2Antilles/talkdesk/talkdesk/-/pipelines/107270

I saw the documentation stating that the `master` branch is deployed to the staging environment and there is no need to create a ticket with you.
Is it because I don't have permission? How should I successfully deploy to the staging environment and test it?
Thank you in advance!🙏🙏🙏
