Terms & Conditions persistance

Is there a place for online extensions to save versions of Terms & Conditions, as well as tracking when customers/users Accept? I was looking at Disclaimers (https://docs.q2developer.com/guides/online_integration/disclaimer.html), but that seems to be just at login, not per a specific requested action. Can it be utilized for extensions looking to track T&C agreements?

I also found the Disclaimer in the sdk object stating, "Creates both Logon and Interface disclaimers" Perhaps, this can be utilized?
:param disclaimer_type: 'Logon' has special meaning, otherwise leave blank to use this disclaimer's short_name

Thanks

I would recommend housing and configuring the terms and conditions disclaimer in Q2 Central using the Digital Banking UI self-service form. To start, you would create the disclaimer, assign it to a disclaimer bundle, associate that bundle with a Q2 Group, and then link it to a navigation node (which I assume would be the nav node for your extension).

Adding a new disclaimer requires the assitance of Q2 support.

For tracking acceptance, if you have access to the EVE data extract, there is a disclaimer acceptance table that records when the disclaimer was accepted. Hope this helps!

Appreciate this guidance! Would you confirm if the disclaimer can be utilized multiple times for per user + extension (not just one time per user nor extension)? Many thanks

In my experience, once the disclaimer is accepted, it won't be presented again. However, you can edit the disclaimer to require acceptance for all users but that is a manual process. Hope this answers your question.

Ah, I see. We are looking for a per-service agreement. Something customers may do multiple times. For example if add a new bill payer, or other requests. Thanks for the follow up answer.

You can link a disclaimer to multiple nav nodes and nav nodes can have different disclaimers. For instance, we use the same Zelle disclaimer for Consumer and Business Zelle. We also have disclaimers linked to other extensions. Hope this helps.
