Caliper API Enrollment - HydraError:-816/DataLookupFailed but 200 success

Question

During testing the Enrollment endpoint I noticed on a succesfull Enrollment its returning this error HydraError 816 DataLookupFailed but the status is a 200 I am able to see the customer but the user and user login do not seem to be created I m not entirely sure how to fix this error or what it is really even saying

Hi Matt Could you please open a ticket through the Q2 Developer Portal so we can take a closer look When you do please include the following details to help us isolate the issue The full request payload including the scopes used and the environment targeted The full response body including the log reference ID which allows us to pull isolated logs for your attempt The approximate timestamp when the error occurred That information will allow us to pull the detailed logs for the request and determine what s causing the HydraError 816 DataLookupFailed response Thanks Solène
