Refresh user group after updating

Is there a way to refresh the user group in the current session after calling the sdk's ChangeCustomerGroup.execute() method? It seems to only refresh once logging out and back in

Hello,

Currently there is no way to refresh groups in the session. They would have to log out and log back in.
