Unable to call aggregator status

When I call the following https://agg-dev.q2api.com/v2/status

I get the following error

"User is not authorized to access this resource with an explicit deny"

Used the following scopes

CaliperAPI:Aggregator:GetAccountList CaliperAPI:Aggregator:GetHistory Environment:Dev:DEV_Q2DB_sdk_finitloyalty CaliperAPI:GetGroups CaliperAPI:status CaliperAPI:Status CaliperAPI:UsageToken:finitloyalty

EDIT:
This actually happens with GetAccountList and GetAccountHistory as well
