Draden, yes, there can be mulitple users in the Q2 platform with the same phone number. The Phone table does not prevent duplicate entries so while each number is tied to only one user or customer, there is nothing preventing the phone number from being in their multiple times. Looking up a user via a phone number will likely return multiple results.

Can there be multiple user ids for a single phone number within a given FI environment? I know there can be multiple user ids for a single phone number across multiple banks that use Q2 if a user wanted to have accounts with multple banks. What about within a single bank?
