hydra_product_code not correctly pulling information?

I am using Account.hydra_product_code to attempt a change to an extension, but the attribute does not seem to return anything. I am using the following code:

if Account.hydra_product_code in ["G"]:
            self.logger.info("This is a goal account")

But this never gets triggered despite me navigating to a goal account to test it. What is the issue?

Hello,

I would have to step through the code and look at the db to see exactly why this isn't getting triggered. It looks like it should work. My guess is the account isn't listed in the db quite as you are expecting. I would recommend making a support case on q2developer.com and we can walk through your specific situation and try and track it down.

If anyone is coming to this curious about account filtering. There is more information about Hydra Product codes here: https://docs.q2developer.com/guides/online_integration/product_names.html
