Clicking on extension all of a sudden throws an err

On an existing extension, when I click on it, it won't load an displays this error in dev tools. I haven't changed the code from when it since last worked.

The most likely thing that you are missing is you forgot to run your server with q2 run. Or there was an exception in your server logs. Could be any number of things though. I would check that, then probably do a q2 update_installed --my-ip to make sure the form is pointed to my machine. Then I would probably uninstall the form and reinstall the form with q2 uninstall then q2 install then q2 add_to_nav. If that doesn't work then I would make a support case on https://q2developer.com/support/create
