Hello Vivian,
Thank you for the question!
Just to be clear - is the loan payment success modal one generated by your extension or by something else? I'm writing this answer under the assumption that you were wanting to repurpose an existing modal, generated by a codebase outside your extension, which isn't possible.
You would do this via the showModal tecton action. It is documented here:
https://cdn4.onlineaccess1.com/cdn/base/tecton/v1.21/Documentation/capabilities/showModal
When the showModal promise resolves, it returns the actionName of the button - which you can then use to route wherever you wish via the navigateTo source documented here:
https://cdn4.onlineaccess1.com/cdn/base/tecton/v1.21/Documentation/capabilities/navigateTo
Thanks,
Kelsey G.
Hello again Vivian,
A support ticket would be best, as we need to understand a little more to help. We'll likely want to arrange a short call with you over zoom to get you squared away and happy to do it!
Please include a link to this community post and link to relevant code in git.
Thanks!
Kelsey
Kelsey-
Thanks for your response! I'm not sure if my comment posted, so I'm writing it here instead. Two more questions for you:
-
How do I listen to the 'Confirm' button click event from the previous modal (image attached) that is generated outside of my extension to display the success modal?
-
How do I retrieve the payment data to populate the new modal? Are there specific HQ APIs/DB objects I must use to retrieve the data?
Please let me know if it would be better to create a support ticket. I am new to my position and I'm trying to understand if I have access to any code for these modals.
I appreciate your help!
Vivian
