Loan-Payments example not working

Hi,

I'm trying to get the Loan-Payments example extension working in my sandbox. I'm getting the following error when attempting to load it in the dashboard.

q2_sdk.hq.exceptions.MissingStoredProcError: Stored Procedure wdg_LoanPaymentProductIdToPaymentType_Get not installed in the database

Is that stored procedure something specific to that extension that didn't get installed or is that something that's part of Q2 by default?

It appears that the dbplan did not get run. It is possible that it is either not picking up everything quite correctly, or you just need to run q2 run_db_plan.

I tried running q2 run_db_plan but I'm still getting the same error.

Are you getting an error when you run q2 run_db_plan. I have been trying to figure out what exactly you are doing wrong.

Everything is fine when I run q2 run_db_plan and go through all the setup. The error shows up when I run q2 run and try to load the extension in the sandbox dashboard

Hmm, the error specifically says that the Stored Procedure isn't installed in the database. That doesn't get installed by default. So either the dbplan is missing something or the CLI command you are running isn't picking it up properly.

It looks like it might be missing altogether.

That example extension unfortunately will not run out of the box. The stored procedure in question is basically used to get configurations for different product types. So you can implement a config via the self.wedge_address_configs property.

Feel free to submit a Support ticket on the developer portal and we can help you get up and running.
